品管圈活动对气管插管患者口腔护理质量的改进效果分析

Analysis on Improvement Effect of QCC Activities on the Quality of Care of Patients with Tracheal intubation

目的探讨品管圈活动对气管插管患者口腔护理质量的改进效果和价值。方法河南省信阳市中心医院于2017年5月开始实施品管圈活动,选取品管圈活动前(2016年5月~12月)进行气管插管的80例患者作为对照组,选取品管圈活动后(2017年5月~10月)进行气管插管的80例患者作为观察组,对比两个组别患者的口腔清洁情况,统计口腔护理的合格率。结果观察组的口腔护理合格率比,对照组的口腔护理合格高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的问题解决能力、责任感、沟通能力、凝聚力、积极性、品管手法评分均高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行气管插管的患者实施品管圈活动,可有效降低口腔护理不合格率,效果显著,值得推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effect and value of the activity of tube circle on the quality of oral nursing for patients with tracheal intubation.Methods Xinyang Central Hospital of Henan province began the implementation of QCC in May2017,selection of QCC(May2016-12months)in80cases of tracheal intubation of patients as control group,were selected after QCC(May2017-10months)80patients were intubated patients as the observation group,oral contrast two the group with the qualified rate statistical oral care.Results The observation group oral nursing qualification rate was95%(76/80),the control group oral nursing qualification rate was71.25%(57/80),there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05);the observation group nursing staff s sense of responsibility,problem-solving ability,communication ability,cohesion,enthusiasm,quality management methods score were higher than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion the exercise of tube circle for patients with tracheal intubation can effectively reduce the rate of oral nursing disqualification,and it is worthy of popularization and application.applying.
