摘要
目的探讨束状子宫缝合在剖宫产术中产后出血中的临床价值。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年1月56例剖宫产术中产后出血产妇作为研究对象。将其随机分为两组。采用子宫束状缝合术的28例产妇作为研究组,采用子宫动脉结扎+子宫肌层间断8字缝合的28例产妇作为对照组。结果研究组28例抢救均成功,均有效止血,保留子宫,术后无严重并发症;对照组26例抢救成功,2例行子宫切除。术中输血量明显减少,研究组产妇的平均输血量为(1.00±0.45)U,对照组产妇的平均输血量为(4.00±0.50)U,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.03)。结论子宫束状缝合是抢救产后出血的有效方法之一,方法简单安全有效。
Objective To explore the clinical value of bunched uterus suture in postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.Methods In our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017,56 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in caesarean section were studied.They were randomly divided into two groups.28 cases of parturients with uterine fascicular suture were used as the study group.28 cases of parturients with uterine artery ligation and 8 word suture of uterine muscle layer were used as the control group.Results In the study group,28 cases were successfully rescued,all of them had effective hemostasis and retained the uterus.There were no serious complications after the operation.In the control group,26 cases were successfully rescued and 2 cases were treated with hysterectomy.The amount of blood transfusion was significantly reduced during the operation.The average amount of blood transfusion in the study group was(1.00±0.45)U,the average amount of blood transfusion in the control group was(4.00±0.50)U,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.03).Conclusion The uterine bundle suture is one of the effective methods to save the postpartum hemorrhage,the method is simple and safe and effective,and is suitable for the application of general hospital.
