当前云南边疆问题综合治理研究——以维护社会稳定为中心

A comprehensive study of the contemporary borderland governance of Yunnan province with a focus on the maintenance of social stability

边疆治理是国家治理中非常重要的组成部分,而边疆稳定则是边疆治理中的重中之重,对边疆乃至国家的稳定和发展有着重要的意义。云南省特有的地缘格局和边界民族构成,导致云南边疆治理具有多重特点,难度也较大。文章以云南边境沿线地带作为重点,依次从地缘环境、民族关系、突出社会问题几个主要层面,借鉴现有研究成果并综合来自境内外的最新信息和动态变化,就其基本情况、目前存在的主要问题及其对边疆稳定的影响和冲击,进行分析研究并提出对策建议。

Borderland governance is crucial to the state governance while borderland stability is especially crucial to borderland governance due to its crucial role in maintaining the national stability and development.Due to its special features like its unique geographical structure and ethic composition,Yunnan province has much difficulty in its borderland governance.Based on the relevant research findings and the new dynamic changes,this paper discusses its typical geographical features,ethnic relations and major social problems in its border areas that pose a threat to its stability,and proposes some countermeasures.
