摘要
[目的/意义]社交媒体用户已逐渐由主动、积极地使用转向被动、消极地使用,传统的信息系统持续使用理论已不足以准确地刻画社交媒体等一类享乐型信息系统用户的负面情绪与消极使用行为,通过对相关文献综述,以期为未来研究提供理论基础和方法借鉴。[方法/过程]从Elsevier和Web of Science数据库选出相关的英文研究文献69篇;从CNKI数据库检索出45篇中文文献。对社交媒体负面情绪与消极行为进行细分,由此梳理社交媒体用户的倦怠、焦虑等负面情绪和隐藏、回避、忽略、退出等细分的消极行为的研究脉络,借鉴组织行为学、社会学、营销学、医学等领域对情绪和行为的研究成果,分析现有研究的不足,并对未来研究方向进行展望。[结果/结论]国内外对于社交媒体用户负面情绪和消极使用行为的研究尚处于起步阶段,二者间的内在联系还未引起学者足够的重视,同时,研究方法也比较单一。因此,这一主题值得学者从多种视角深入研究。
[Purpose/Significance]With the widespread popularization and deep penetration of social media,users have gradually turned from active and energetic use to passive and negative use of this platform.The traditional theory of continuous use of information systems has become insufficient to accurately characterize the negative emotions and passive use of hedonic information systems such as social media.[Method/Process]This research is based on the 69 English research papers from Elsevier and Web of Science and the 45 Chinese research papers from CNKI.The paper reviews the research status and progress of social media users'negative emotions,which includes burnout,anxiety and passive behaviors like avoiding,lurking,ignoring and exiting.Combining with organizational behavior,sociology,marketing,medicine and other areas of the study of emotions and behaviors,it analyzes the shortcomings and limitations of the existing research,and prospects for future research.[Result/Conclusion]The research on the negative emotions and negative or passive behaviors of social media users is still in the initial stage,the internal relationship between them has not attracted enough attention from scholars,and the research method is still very limited.There is a large space for researchers of information studies to investigate.
