高血压脑出血术后急性期并发症的预见性分析及护理效果观察

Predictive Analysis and Nursing Effect of Postoperative Acute Complications in Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的:研究高血压脑出血患者术后应用预见性分析及护理对于降低急性期并发症发生率的作用。方法:在2013年5月~2015年5月来某院接受手术治疗的高血压脑出血患者中选出80例随机分组,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施预见性分析及护理,对比两组患者的急性期并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果:观察组患者并发症发生率比对照组低(10.0%vs 30.0%),且护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:预见性分析及护理应用到高血压脑出血患者术后效果确切,有助于减少急性期并发症发生,提高患者生存质量。

Objective:To study the predictive analysis and nursing effect of postoperative acute complications in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:80 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated in a hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with routine care,and the patients in the observation group were treated with predictive analysis and nursing.The incidence of acute complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(10.0%vs 30.0%),and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of predictive analysis and nursing in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is effective,which can help to reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
