摘要
目的:以红参为研究对象,测定其多糖含量。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法测定红参中多糖含量,并对该方法的精密度、稳定性、重现性、加样回收率进行考察。结果:红参中多糖含量为53.98%,精密度、稳定性和重现性良好,加样回收率为102.66%,RSD为2.36%。结论:用苯酚-硫酸法测定红参中多糖含量的方法操作简便,灵敏度高,准确性好,在为红参中多糖含量测定提供了一个定量方法的同时,还为红参药材的质量控制提供了参考依据。
Object:To optimize the extraction process of red ginseng polysaccharide by orthogonal test.Methods:The content of red ginseng polysaccharide was determined by phenol– sulfuric acid method.Single factor experiment with ultrasonic power,ultrasonic temperature,material-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time for the reference factors,to study the effect of the extraction effect of red ginseng polysaccharide.And optimized using the orthogonal test,to determine the optimum ultrasonic extraction technology of red ginseng polysaccharide.Result:The optimum conditions of red ginseng polysaccharide.Results:The optimum conditions of red ginseng polysaccharides were as follows:ultrasonic power 100 w,ultrasonic temperature 50℃,materia-liquid ratio 1∶25,ultrasonic time 50 min.Under the optimal condition,the extraction yield of polysaccharides was 53??98%and the RSD value was 0.52%.Conclusion:The method is simple,convenient,stable and feasible,which can extract polysaccharide from red ginseng.
