老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛的中西医护理研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing for patients with postherpetic neuralgia

带状疱疹是一种群集疱疹性皮肤病,损害消退后遗留顽固性神经痛是本病主要特征之一,老年患者疼痛程度更甚,严重影响治疗效果和生活质量。本文就现阶段老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)中西医结合护理的各种方法做一综述,旨在为减轻老年PHN患者痛苦及提高患者生活质量提供护理依据。

Herpes zoster is a neurocutaneous infection caused by the varicella-zoster virus.The postherpetic neuralgia is a refractory pain,including the treatment efficacy and quality of life in elderly patients.This paper reviewed the study on traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing for senile herpes zoster,and to provide evidence of nursing care of senile herpes zoster.
