健脾益肾生髓方治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病化疗后白细胞减少症的疗效及对患者血清超氧化物歧化酶、脂质过氧化物的影响

Clinical observation of Jianpi Yishen Shengsui decoction on leukocytopenia after chemotherapy of acute lymphoblastic leukemia and its effect on serum superoxide dismutase and lipid peroxide

目的观察健脾益肾生髓方治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)化疗后白细胞减少症的疗效及对患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)的影响。方法将60例ALL化疗后白细胞减少症患者随机分为2组。对照组30例予常规西医治疗;治疗组30例予健脾益肾生髓方治疗。比较2组治疗前后血清SOD、LPO、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、血小板计数、血红蛋白、卡氏评分(KPS),并统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率73.33%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清SOD均升高(P<0.05),LPO均下降(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后SOD高于对照组(P<0.05),LPO低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、血小板计数及血红蛋白均升高(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组各项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后KPS评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾益肾生髓方治疗ALL化疗后白细胞减少症疗效可靠,能够提高血清SOD水平,抑制LPO释放,从而促进白细胞生成,提高患者生存质量。

Objective To observe the effect of Jianpi Yishen Shengsui decoction on leukocytopenia after chemotherapy of acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)and its effect on serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and lipid peroxide(LPO).Methods 60 patients with leukocytopenia after chemotherapy of ALL were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in control group were treated by conventional therapy,30 cases in treatment group were treated by Jianpi Yishen Shengsui decoction.The serum SOD,LPO,white blood cell count,neutrophils count,platelet count,hemoglobin,karnofsky scores(KPS)were compared before and after treatment,and the clinical effect was compared.Results The total effective rate in treatment group(93.33%)was superior to control group(73.33%,P<0.05).After treatment,serum SOD in both groups increased(P<0.05),and LPO decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,SOD was higher in treatment group than that in control group(P<0.05),and LPO was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count,neutrophil count,platelet count and hemoglobin were all increased in two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,all indicators in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The KPS scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before the treatment(P<0.05).The KPS scores of the treatment group after treatment were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Jianpi Yishen Shengsui decoction on leukocytopenia after chemotherapy of ALL is reliable and can increase serum SOD level,inhibit LPO release,thereby regulating leukocyte production and improving patient quality of life.
