氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片对伴抑郁情绪非糜烂性胃食管反流病疗效观察

Analysis of the effect of patients with non erosive gastroesophageal reflux in patients with depression by Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets

目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病(NERD)合并抑郁的临床效果。方法将我院收治的86例非糜烂性胃食管反流病合并抑郁患者采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组42例应用埃索美拉唑联合莫沙必利口服,观察组44例在对照组的治疗基础上加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、抑郁情绪症状体征及生活质量改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率为90.91%,明显高于对照组的73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RDQ、HAMD及HAMA评分均低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合常规药物治疗能有效改善非糜烂性胃食管反流病合并抑郁患者的症状体征,消除负面情绪,提升生活质量。

Objective To analyze patients with flupentixol and melitracen tablets treatment of non erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease with depression effect. Methods Randomly in our hospital 86 cases of non erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease patients with depression were divided into two groups,control group 42 patients were treated with esomeprazole combined with mosapride orally,44 cases in the experimental group increased flupentixol and melitracen tablets treatment,the clinic efficacy were compared between two groups after treatment,quality of life signs and symptoms of emotional depression improvement effect. Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 90.91%,higher than that of the control group 73.81%(P<0.05),RDQ,HAMD and HAMA scores were lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen combined with conventional medicine can effectively improve the non reflux disease with depression in patients with erosive gastric nerve function,while promoting sphincter motility and acid suppression,improve the symptoms and signs,eliminate the negative emotions,improve the quality of life.
