摘要 中国制造2025是我国实施制造强国战略第一个十年的行动纲领,重点扶持领域就是"智能制造",作为注塑行业应属于密集型劳动行业,更应是实行智能制造的领域。本文通过对注塑智能过程控制基本原理和方式做了一定的描述,利用传感器的压力曲线判定产品,通过数字技术将注塑机及周边辅助设备的信息集中采集在新型集成控制器上,有利于数字化管理,讲述了两个实例佐证智能控制的优点等,对于实施注塑智能化过程控制的推广有着一定的借鉴作用。 “Made in China 2025”is the first ten year program of action to implement the strategy of manufacturing power in China.The key support area is intelligent manufacturing.As an intensive labor industry,the injection industry should be in the field of intelligent manufacturing.This article makes a description of the basic principle and methods of intelligent injection process control.Determine the product by using the pressure curve of the sensor.Through digital technology,the information of the injection molding machine and auxiliary equipment is collected in the new integrated controller,which is conducive to the digital management.The article also describes the advantages of two examples to verify the intelligent control,and has a certain reference for the promotion of the intelligent process control of injection molding.
