摘要
汽车尺寸工程评审在十年前主要注重DTS定义的可实现性分析,所以评审方法主要是采用尺寸链计算分析公差分配的合理性。近几年随着客户对汽车外观内饰间隙面差精致度的述求,尺寸工程评审将工作重心转移到了造型分缝及断面评审上,从源头上去识别DTS定义的合理性。
Automobile dimension engineering evaluation focused on the analysis of being easy to realize ten years ago,the evaluation method use calculating the dimension chain to analyze the reasonability of tolerance distribution.But in recent years,along with the appeals of refined exterior and interior gap and flush from the customer,dimension engineering evaluation moved its weight to the style parting and section,that means to identify the rationality of DTS definition from its sources.
