基于“OBE”模式下的“光纤通信”课程教学改革 被引量:4

摘要 OBE是以成果为导向的,基于学习产出的教育方式(Outcome-based Education),以学生为中心、成果为导向,持续改进,最终培养学生终生学习的教育理念。本文根据"光纤通信"教学中的实际情况,分析教学过程中出现的问题,提出以结果为导向的教育理念,以课程的培养目标为依据,形成"OBE"模式下的新型教学内容及大纲。课程以理论教学、实验教学、研讨教学为主,结合学校特色的考试方法改革的考核方式完成教学,通过课程实验和总评成绩分析了基于OBE模式的教学改革效果。 OBE(Outcome-based Education)Concept is oriented by results and centered by students,aiming to achieve continuous improvement.Finally,OBE Concept develops the education idea of students'lifelong learning.According to the actual situation in the teaching of optical fiber communication,the problems in the teaching process are analyzed,and the result-oriented education idea is put forward.Based on the training target of the course,a new teaching content and outline under the"OBE"mode is formed.With theory teaching,experimental teaching and research teaching as the main part,the evaluation method with NEFU characteristics is combined to complete the teaching.Through the experiment courses and grades,we analyzed the teaching reform achievement based on OBE Concept.
