高职制造类技术技能人才培养需求现状研究与分析——以襄阳职业技术学院为例

Analysis of the Current Situation of Technical and Skilled Talents Training for Manufacturing Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges——Take Xiangyang Vocational and Technical College for Example

当前,虽然我国已是世界第一制造大国,但"大而不强",随着我国劳动力和原材料等价格的上升,低成本优势已难以持续。制造业的崛起,特别是在"中国制造2025"的新形势、新要求下,对技能型人才提出更高的要求,而且技能人才尤其是高技能人才的短缺已经成为经济发展的瓶颈,严重影响着我国新型工业化的进程和经济的持续发展。充分认识技能型人才培养的重要性和迫切性,加快培养一大批技能型人才,优化劳动者结构,是我国当前及今后一个时期的重要战略任务。为此,文章结合"中国制造2025"战略规划中的相关内容,对中国制造业发展人才需求方向进行了探讨与分析。

At present,China is the world's largest manufacturing country,but"not strongest".With the rise of prices of labor force and raw materials in China,low-cost advantage has been unsustainable.The rise of manufacturing industry presents higher requirements for skilled talents,particularly under the new situation of"made in China 2025".The shortage of skilled talents has become the bottleneck of economic development.It seriously affects the process of new industrialization and the sustainable development of economy.It is an im鄄portant strategic task for our country at present and in the future to fully understand the importance and ur鄄gency of the cultivation of skilled talents,accelerate the cultivation of a large number of skilled talents,and optimize the structure of workers.Therefore,this paper probes into the direction of talent demand for the de鄄velopment of Chinese manufacturing industry in line with the relevant contents of"made in China 2025".
