摘要
针对手机盖类塑件多部位特征脱模的需要,设计了其一模一腔的三次分型注塑模具,采用三点潜伏浇口使塑件在注塑时达到了平衡浇注。针对塑件的21处部位特征,设计了8个侧抽芯机构、3个斜顶杆机构、4个推管机构、2个单独镶件及21根顶杆来实现塑件的完全脱模。8个侧抽芯机构中,位于定模一侧的有4个机构,包括2个楔紧块驱动滑块外抽芯机构,2个楔紧块驱动滑块内抽芯机构;位于动模一侧的有2个定模模板驱动滑块外抽芯机构及2个楔紧块驱动滑块外抽芯机构。设计的注塑模具结构合理,脱模机构结构巧妙简单,工作可靠性高,具有较好的工程设计参考价值。
Aimed at the need for demoulding of multi part features of injection molding product such as mobile phone control cover,the injection mould with one-mould one-cavity and three parting was designed,three point submarine gates were used for balancing the feeding of the product in the process of injection molding.According to twenty-one part features of the product,eight side core-pulling mechanisms,three inclined ejector pin mechanisms,four ejector sleeve mechanisms,two single inserts and twentyone ejector pins were designed for reaching the entire demoulding of the product.Among these eight side core-pulling mechanisms,four mechanisms with slide driven by wedge block including two outward core-pulling mechanisms and two inward core-pulling mechanisms are set on the fixed mould,on the moving mould,there are two outward core-pulling mechanisms with slide driven by the fixed mould plate and two outward core-pulling mechanisms with slide driven by wedge block.The designed mould structure is reasonable,the demoulding mechanisms have simple and ingenious structures,the work reliability is high,which has a good reference value for engineering design.
