西北五省农村人力资本投资与农民收入耦合效应研究

The Coupling Effect of Rural Human Capital Investment and Farmers' Income in Five Northwestern Provinces

西北五省作为我国经济落后地区,其发展受到国家紧密关注,其农村人口占比较大,人力资本有待进一步开发。农民收入直接影响农民生活质量,基于此论文用耦合模型对农村人力资本与农民收入之间是否存在协调关系进行探索,得出协调度在不断提升。并提出由政府制定政策引导和加大农村人力资本投资来提升农民收入的建议。

The five provinces of northwest are the economic backward areas of China,their development is closely concerned by the state.The population of the rural population is relatively large,and the human capital needs to be further developed.The income of farmers directly affects the quality of their life.Therefore,this paper uses the coupling model to explore that whether there is a coordination relationship between rural human capital and farmers'income.The result is that the degree of coordination is increasing.And the parper puts forward the suggestion that the government should make policy guidance and increase the investment of rural human capital to improve the farmers'income.
