摘要 为探究2020软件在大规模定制衣柜中的设计信息交互特性,通过对大规模定制衣柜的设计现状、设计过程中的订单流程及现有其他常用设计软件在设计-生产过程中信息交互存在的问题进行分析,并依据2020软件在定制整体衣柜中的应用特点,其特点包括基础功能、应用前提条件,由此构建了基于2020软件的定制整体衣柜设计信息交互技术的架构。从交互原理和交互过程两方面,探讨了2020软件与ERP间的设计信息交互以及与IMOS间的信息传递与交互。在此基础上,通过具体的实际应用案例对上述信息交互技术进行验证并得出信息交互技术的可行性,进一步分析了具体的信息交互过程并得出了信息交互结果。为定制衣柜设计软件与其他应用软件的设计信息交互与共享提供理论参考依据,并为2020在家居企业中推广应用提供借鉴作用。 As an interior design tool,2020 software can be used to design thousands of flexible furniture products from manufacturer catalogs and then create 3D renderings that look as good on screen as they will in reality.Created specifically for wardrobe,kitchen and bath designers,this computeraided design(CAD)software is builtin rules ensure that projects comply with industry design standards,from start to perfect finish.In order to investigate the features of interactive design and information through the large quantity customization in the closet production using the 2020 software,this study analyzed the development trend,the design of the status quo and the order process,it also analyzed the existing problems of information interaction in the design,control and production process of other commonly used design software.According to the application characteristic of the 2020 software in the customized wardrobe production,including 2020 software functions and the basis of 2020 software application condition,the architecture of information interactive technology for customized overall wardrobe production based on 2020 software was created.The information interaction technology mainly consists of two aspects:the interaction principle and the interactive process.We discussed the design information interaction between the software and ERP(enterprise resource planning)in 2020 and the communication and interaction with IMOS.On this basis,the above information interaction technology was verified by practical application cases and the feasibility of information interaction technology was obtained.The contents of the case included the process of 2020 design orders from the store design to the dismantling,which further analyzed the detailed information interaction process and interaction result.In theory,it can provide reference for the design information interaction and sharing of the customized wardrobe design software and other software,giving a reference for promotion and application of 2020 design software.Thus,the wardrobe enterprises can improve work efficiency,reduce operating costs and maximize profits of enterprises.
