医院住院药房药品贮藏条件分析及管理措施

Analysis of Drug Storage Condition and Management Measures of Dispensary for Inpatients in Our Hospital

目的了解住院药房现有药品的贮藏条件,加强管理,确保药品的安全性和有效性。方法查阅住院药房现有药品的药品说明书,对药品的贮藏条件进行分析。结果 756种药品中,需要常温保存的有413种,占54.63%;需要避光/遮光保存的有456种,占60.32%;需要密封/密闭保存的有628种,占83.07%。结论正确的贮藏是保证药品质量的基础,药房人员需强化管理意识,为临床的安全用药提供保障。

Objective To understand the storage condition of the existing drugs in the dispensary,and to strengthen the management and ensure the safety and effectiveness of the drugs.Methods The instructions of the existing drugs in the inpatient dispensary were looked up,and the storage conditions of the drugs were analyzed.Results In 756 kinds of drugs,413 kinds of drugs need to be stored at room temperature,accounting for 54.63%,456 kinds of drugs need to avoid light shading/preservation,accounting for 60.32%,628 kinds of drugs need to be sealed/sealed,accounting for 83.07%.Conclusion Proper storage is the basis of drug quality.Pharmacy staffs need to strengthen the management consciousness and provide the guarantee for the clinical safety medication.
