Discussion on the Training Mode of Applied Logistics Talents under the Background of Intelligent Logistics

文中基于智慧物流发展的背景,首先对国内外物流人才培养模式进行了梳理,然后,分析了智慧物流对物流人才在专业知识、专业能力和综合素质等方面的要求,在此基础上从培养理念及要求、"LM2+4"培养机制、课程体系与智慧物流融合等三个方面对培养模式进行了深入探讨。

Based on the background of the development of intelligent logistics,this paper firstly combs the training mode of logistics talents at home and abroad,and then analyzes the professional knowledge of intelligent logistics to logistics talents.On the basis of the requirement of professional ability and comprehensive quality,the“LM2 4”cultivation mechanism is based on the training idea and requirement.The integration of curriculum system and intelligent logistics is discussed in detail.
