摘要
目的探究基于华生关怀理论的人文关怀课堂在基础护理实训教学中的应用效果。方法将2015级护理学本科2个班各50名护生分别作为观察组和对照组,观察组基础护理实训教学中采用以华生关怀理论为框架构建的人文关怀课堂,对照组采用传统教学模式。结果观察组实训考核成绩、人文关怀能力、对教学效果的评价显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论基于华生关怀理论的人文关怀课堂有利于提高护生的人文关怀能力、操作技术水平和综合素质。
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care class based on Watson′s caring theory in basic nursing practical trai-ning.Methods Totally 100 nursing undergraduates from 2 classes and enrolled in 2015 were divided into an observation group and a control group according to class,with 50 in each group.In basic nursing practical training,the observation group was taught using humanistic care class based on Watson′s caring theory,while the control group adopted traditional teaching mode.Results The examination score of practical training,humanistic care ability and teaching effect evaluation of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The humanistic care class based on Watson′s caring theory is conducive to improving nursing students′humanistic care ability,practical skills and comprehensive quality.
