国民政府治藏文化宣传措施评析——以西藏电影为研究对象

An Analysis of Measures Governed by the Government of the Republic China in Promoting Tibetan Culture: Taking Tibetan Movies as the Research Object

国民政府为抵御帝国主义对西藏的文化殖民,宣传中央政府治藏政策,多次派员进藏制作西藏电影并在内地各大影院上映,又在西藏放映国产电影。这些措施取得一定成效,用影像资料真实再现与印证了民国中央政府对藏主权的历史事实,真实记录了民国时期西藏社会万象,促进了汉藏文化交往交流交融等。

In order to resist the colonial policy of imperialism on Tibet and promote the central government’s policy of governing Tibet,the national government dispatched many Tibetans to Tibet for film production which could be showed in major cinemas in China's Mainland and made film shows in Tibet.These measures have achieved some success to an extend.They vividly reproduce and confirm the historical facts of the Central Government over the Tibetan Governing Jurisdiction with the video materials,and truly record the social aspirations of Tibet during the Republic of China and promoted the relationship and exchanging of culture between Han and Tibet nationalities.
