3D-DSA联合roadmap技术介入诊治脑血管疾病的效果分析

Application of 3D-DSA combined with roadmap technique in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases

目的分析3D-DSA联合roadmap技术在脑血管疾病介入诊治中的应用效果及价值。方法选取驻马店市中心医院2013-04—2016-10收治的100例脑血管疾病患者作为观察组,接受3D-DSA联合roadmap技术介入治疗。选取同期100例脑血管疾病患者作为对照组,给予2D-DSA联合roadmap技术介入治疗,比较2组临床诊断及治疗效果。结果观察组动脉瘤检出率84.0%,动脉瘤瘤颈显示比为64.0%,斑块形态显示比为71.0%,血管狭窄率精确测量率46.0%均高于对照组(56.0%、54.0%、52.0%、35.0%),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组roadmap成像次数、造影剂用量、X射线辐射剂量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑血管病患者诊治过程中,采用3D-DSA联合roadmap技术,能够提高诊断符合率,并发挥良好辅助治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect and value of 3D DSA combined with roadmap technique in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods 100 patients with cerebrovascular diseases admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from April 2013 to October 2016 were selected as the observation group.They were treated with 3D DSA combined with roadmap technique.At the same time,100 patients with cerebrovascular diseases were selected as the control group,and they were treated with 2D DSA combined with roadmap technique.The clinical diagnosis and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The detection rate of aneurysm was 84.0%,display ratio of aneurysm neck was 64.0%,display ratio of plaque shape was 71.0%and accurate measurement rate of vascular stenosis rate was 46%in the observation group,which were higher than those in the control group(56.0%,54.0%,52.0%,35.0%)(P<0.05).The times of roadmap imaging,dosage of contrast agent and radiation dose of X ray in the observation group were all lesser than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cerebrovascular diseases,the combination of 3D DSA and roadmap technique can improve the diagnostic rate with good auxiliary therapeutic effect.
