体表解剖与数字化虚拟人技术在神经阻滞教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的针对神经阻滞体表定位、穿刺角度与深度技术难点,探讨在神经阻滞教学中应用体表解剖及三维数字化虚拟人技术进行教学改革初探。方法将贵州医科大学2013级麻醉学专业A、B两个班随机分为教学改革班和传统讲授班;神经阻滞教学理论课时4课时,见习课时1课时;教改班按照教学改革方案进行教学,传统讲授班按照现行教学大纲要求进行教学;以客观理论考试、主观问卷调查为指标比较2种教学方法的差异性,采用SPSS 22.0统计学软件进行统计处理,行独立样本t检验。结果两组理论考试成绩:教学改革班优良33人、合格68人、平均分(75.35±8.30)分,传统讲授班优良13人、合格86人、平均分(69.41±8.34)分,两组理论课考试成绩比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);主观问卷调查教改班从体表标志辨识能力(7.35±0.641)分、局部解剖空间构想能力(6.51±0.641)分、神经穿刺方向与深度把握能力(6.72±0.743)分、神经阻滞并发症预防(7.06±0.559)分、学习满意度(8.44±0.754)分5个维度自我评分均高于传统讲授班(D组)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有机结合体表解剖与数字化虚拟人技术在神经阻滞中教学方法的改进促进了专业学生的学习兴趣,有效弥补了传统教学方法不能学以致用的缺点。 Objective To initially study the teaching reform of body surface anatomy and three-dimensional digital virus human technology in the teaching of nerve blocking according to the difficult points of nerve blocking body surface location and angle and depth of puncture.Methods The class A and class B in the anesthesia major in 2013 in Guizhou Medial College were randomly divided into the teaching reform group and the traditional teaching class,were given the 4 classes of nerve blocking teaching therapy and 1 practice class,and the teaching reform group conducted the teaching according to the teaching reform plan,while the traditional teaching class conducted the teaching according to the current teaching outline requirements,and the difference in the teaching method was compared according to the objective theoretical examination and subjective questionnaire and the statistically treated by the SPSS 22.0 software,and then the t test of independent samples was conducted.Results In terms of the theoretical examination scores,in the teaching reform class,33 cases were excellent,68 cases were qualified and the average score was(75.35±8.30)points,in the traditional teaching class,13 cases were excellent,86 cases were qualified,and the average score was(69.41±8.34)points,and the difference in the theoretical score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the body surface marker identification ability,local anatomy space conceiving ability,mastery ability of nerve puncture direction and depth,nerve blocking complications prevention and learning satisfactory degree in the teaching reform group were respectively(7.35±0.641)points,(6.51±0.641)points,(6.72±0.743)points,(7.06±0.559)points,and(8.44±0.754)points,which were higher than those in the traditional teaching group(group D),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The organic body surface anatomy and digital virus human technology in the teaching of nerve blocking can improve the learning interests of professional students,and effectively make up for the disadvantages of traditional teaching method.
