摘要
本文根据全面、协调可持续发展的科学内涵,结合我国实际情况,建立了吉林省水资源可持续发展水平的指标体系,利用因子分析法提取反映水资源可持续发展的水资源生态系统因子、水资源社会系统因子和水资源储备系统三个公共因子,并采取带有奖罚参数的动态因子分析综合法,对2014年和2015年吉林省各地区进行定量分析,进而提出相应的建议。
According to the scientific connotation of comprehensive and coordinated sustainable development,the index system of sustainable development level of water resources in Jilin is established based on the actual situation of China;factor analysis extracts the three common factors that reflect the water resources sustainable development,including the ecological system factor,the social system factor and the reserve system factor of water resources;the dynamic factor analysis with rewards and penalty parameters is adopted to analyze the various regions of Jilin province in 2014 and 2015 and put forward corresponding suggestions.
