奥拉西坦联合丁苯酞治疗老年高血压脑出血临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Oxiracetam Combined with Butylphthalide in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的观察分析奥拉西坦联合丁苯酞治疗老年高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法选取2015年9月—2016年10月接受治疗的114例老年高血压脑出血患者进行观察研究,根据治疗方式的不同分为观察组与对照组,每组57例。两组均给予脑出血常规治疗,对照组在此基础上给予奥拉西坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予丁苯酞治疗。回顾性分析两组的临床资料,观察比较两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)和日常生活能力(ADL)评分,以及临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后NIHSS评分均较治疗前明显下降,ADL评分均较治疗前明显增加(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,ADL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥拉西坦联合丁苯酞治疗老年高血压脑出血的临床疗效肯定,能促进认知功能的恢复,提高患者日常生活能力,而且安全性较高。

Objective To observe and analyze curative effect of Oxiracetam combined with Butylphthalide in treatment of elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 114 elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted during September 2015 and October 2016 were divided into observation group(n=57)and the control group(n=57)according to different methods of treatment.All patients were given conventional treatment for cerebral hemorrhage,and then control group was treated with Oxiracetam,while observation group was treated with Butylphthalide on the basis of treatment for control group.Clinical data was retrospectively analyzed in two groups.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and activities of daily living(ADL)scores before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and incidence rates of adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS scores were significantly,while ADL scores were significantly higher than those before treatment in two groups(P<0.05);in observation group,NIHSS score was significantly lower,while ADL score was significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oxiracetam combined with Butylphthalide in treatment of elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage may achieve good curative effect,promote recovery of cognitive function and improve patients'daily life ability with good safety.
