摘要
关联规则按照目前的数学认知是由X→Y的蕴涵式,X是关联规则的起手,Y称为承接。购物篮分析则是属于Affinity analysis范畴,也可以翻译成亲和力分析。文章通过购物篮分析挖掘出来的信息,可以指导销售、商品促销推广、客户黏性管理、库存优化和优惠计划。基于关联规则的购物篮分析可以应用于产品的组合分类,也可以根据购买模式对用户进行分类、开发新的产品和改进老产品及产品包装,迎合客户的购买习惯,提升满意度,客户感觉状态优良,逐步获得进阶性利益,来建立相对应的竞争优势。
Association rules in a simple way is the containing type X and Y,X association rules of the guide(antecedent)Y is called subsequent(consequent).Basket analysis is belong to the Affinity analysis category,but also can be translated into Affinity analysis.This paper through the basket analysis of information can guide the cross-selling and up-selling,product promotion,customer loyalty management,inventory management and the discounts.Basket analysis based on association rules can be applied to the combination of product classification,can also according to the classifying users purchase mode,the development of new products and improve old products and product packaging,to meet the customer’s buying habits,improve satisfaction,customer feel good state,gradually advanced sex interests,to establish the corresponding competitive advantage.
