C_6-HSL对蜂房哈夫尼菌生物学特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了蜂房哈夫尼菌野生株及Lux I基因缺失株(ΔLux I)所产生的群体感应信号分子对细菌生物学特性的影响。利用高效液相色谱法分析蜂房哈夫尼菌及ΔLux I不同时间所产生的C_6-HSL含量,并通过添加4、8、16、32μmol/L和64μmol/L的C_6-HSL来研究其对蜂房哈夫尼菌野生株及ΔLux I菌体生长、泳动性、生物膜形成的影响。蜂房哈夫尼菌野生株产生的C_6-HSL随培养时间的延长呈现先上升后下降的趋势,并在16 h达到最高浓度16.1μmol/L,ΔLux I不产生C_6-HSL。添加C_6-HSL并不会明显的改变蜂房哈夫尼菌野生株及ΔLux I的生长;但是会促进菌体的泳动能力;C_6-HSL会抑制蜂房哈夫尼菌野生株及ΔLux I生物膜的形成能力。 This study was conducted to investigate the effect of quorum-sensing molecules acylated homoserine(AHL)from Hafnia alvei andΔLuxI on the biological characteristics.The contents of C6-HSL from Hafnia alvei was studied by the high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The effect of C6-HSL on the bacteria growth,swarming activities,biofilm formation of Hafnia alvei andΔLuxI was studied by adding different concentrations of C6-HSL(4、8、16、32、64μmol/L).Hafnia alvei produced C6-HSL,and the highest level of C6-HSL was observed after 16h culture,butΔLuxI was unable to produce C6-HSL.When adding C6-HSL,the bacteria growth was not significantly affected,but the swarming was promoted.However,biofilm formation of Hafnia alvei andΔLuxI was inhibited by the presence of C6-HSL.
