摘要
目的探讨2-去氧-2-[氟-18]氟-D-葡萄糖合成效率的影响因素。方法分析合成过程中放射性损失、不同的水解方式和时间以及不同的亲核反应温度和时间对合成效率的影响。结果水含量降低时合成效率提高;18F-FDG最佳反应条件:亲核反应温度为110℃,时间为180 s,酸水解时间为9 min。结论通过控制乙腈含水量、反应温度及时间等工艺参数,能有效提高2-去氧-2-[氟-18]氟-D-葡萄糖的合成效率。
Objective To investigate the influence factors of synthesis efficiency of 2-deoxy-2-[fluorine-18]fluorine-D-glucose(18F-FDG).Methods The influence of radiation loss,different hydrolysis methods and time as well as the nucleophilic reaction temperature and time of different nucleophilic reactions on the synthetic efficiency were analyzed.Results The synthetic efficiency of was increased when the content of water decreased.The best reaction conditions of 18F-FDG:the nucleophilic reaction temperature was 110℃,the time was 180 s and acid hydrolysis time was 9 min.Conclusion The synthesis efficiency of 18F-FDG could be improved by controlling the technological parameters such as acetonitrile water content,reaction temperature and time.
