This paper first expounds the essential issues in phase theory(PT)as a derivational system,and then combining"with labeling algorithm(LA)and categorical features,it explicates functional phase structures,cyclic derivational operations and their interpretive functions.Feature checking and evaluation are carried out through Agree operations.It analyzes the constraints of computational efficiency and Merge.And it explicates the quantificational semantic representations of operator domain CP phase as functional category projection,and the interaction of EPP feature with Q-feature and wh-feature.It further clarifies the Merge and semantic interpretations of modal adverbial adjuncts in thematic domain vP phase.Categorial features provide the interpretive orders to CI semantic interface.It analyzes the interactions of[def]feature,[Op]feature,[Quan]and[Ref]features,alongside with the connectivity effects in complex DP reconstruction.And it elucidates the classification of reconstruction and the binding nature of interface conditions.It aims to further testify the nucleic,restrictive,focus scopes of quantificational structural representations and the interpretive principles in terms of phasal decomposition.And it attempts to give a full interpretation of typological variation of phases,quantificational nature and DP complex features.Furthermore,predication,event structure and argument structure are processed by functional phase heads(Pred,v,Tr,Voice)and their projections"within verbal domain.
