摘要 为减少碗扣式满堂支架有限元建模前处理时间,文章通过研究参数化建模技术,基于Midas/Civil的MCT文件,参数化建立碗扣式满堂支架有限元模型,并将有限元模型计算结果与实测数据对比、分析,验证参数化建模的可行性。结果表明碗扣式满堂支架有限元模型计算值与实测值吻合较好,可以有效模拟碗扣式满堂支架。参数化建模技术具有建模速度快、调试方便等诸多优点,在工程实践中具有一定应用价值。 Finite element model of cuplock full framing is established parametrically base on MCT files read by Midas/Civil through researching on parametric modeling technology to reduce pre-processing time of modeling and analysis.The results calculated by the finite element model and measured data are compared and analyzed to verify the accuracy and applicability of the parametrical model.It is shown that the calculation values of finite element model agree with the measured ones,showing that the model is effective in simulating the cuplock full framing.Parametric modeling technology has many advantages,such as high speed,easy to debug and so on.It has certain application value in engineering practice.
