角膜塑形镜对近视患者双眼视功能的影响 被引量:13

摘要 角膜塑形镜通过本身逆几何的特殊设计,可以改变角膜形态和控制眼轴的增长,对青少年近视的控制和矫正取得了显著的临床效果,因此,获得了国内外专家的高度评价,并得到了广泛的应用。近年来的实验表明,角膜塑形镜对近视性屈光参差患者屈光度数的控制以及对近视患者双眼视功能的改善,也有明显的效果。本文通过角膜塑形镜控制近视屈光度数增长的机制和效果、对屈光参差患者的治疗、对眼调节参数的影响和对双眼视功能的改善等方面最新的研究进展进行介绍。 Orthokeratology can change the shape of the cornea and control the growth of the eye axis through the special design of its inverse geometry,which has achieved significant clinical effect on adolescent myopia correction.Thus,it has been highly praised by the experts at home and abroad and widely used.Recent studies show that orthokeratology can control the myopia anisometropia and improve the binocular vision in myopic.This article introduces the latest research progress on the effect and mechanism of orthokeratology control myopia,the treatment of anisometropia,the influence of ocular accommodation parameters and improvement of the binocular vision.
