摘要
针对空调系统中单向阀啸叫这一流致振动问题,基于简化的稳态液动力模型和瞬态液动力模型建立了锥形阀阀芯的动力学方程,并利用MATLAB进行了数值仿真.讨论了锥形单向阀的流量和其脉动频率以及阀的结构参数包括弹簧刚度、阀芯锥角和阀芯质量对阀芯趋于稳定时的开度以及趋于稳定所需时间的影响,以期为空调单向阀的设计提供动力学依据.
This paper aims to solve the the flow induced vibration problem-one-way valve howling in air-conditioning system.Based on a simplified steady-state flow force model and transient flow force model,we established the dynamics equations of conical valve core,and a numerical simulation is performed by using MATLAB.we have discussed the conical valve flow rate and the pulsation frequency and structural parameters of valve including spring stiffness,valve core angle and valve core quality of the valve core to stabilize the opening as well as the influence of time needed in stabilization so as to provide the dynamic basis for the design of air conditioning one-way valve.
