品管圈在提高晨间护理床单位的整洁度中的作用

In the morning nursing bed unit improve the cleanliness of the role of quality control circle

目的:探讨品管圈在提高晨间护理床单位整洁度中的应用效果。方法:2015年1-12月沿用以往护理模式实施晨间护理床单位相关服务。2016年1-12月引入品管圈活动并应用于晨间护理床单位相关服务中。结果:2016年度患者对科室护理满意度评分结果显著优于2015年度(P<0.05)。结论:应用品管圈可显著提高晨间护理床单位整洁度,对维持良好的护患关系、保障患者生活质量均具有积极意义。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of nursing bed unit to improve the cleanliness of the QCC.Methods:During the 2015 1-12 month the department still follow the previous implementation of nursing related services of nursing bed unit.In 2016 1-12 month the department introduced QCC and applied in the morning nursing bed unit related services.Results:In 2016,the scores of patients'nursing satisfaction scores were significantly better than that in 2015(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of QCC can significantly improve nursing bed unit cleanliness,to maintain a good relationship between nurses and patients,ensure the quality of life of patients are of positive significance.
