摘要
发动机缸体作为发动机核心部件之一,缸体的加工质量直接影响着发动机的性能。而缸体曲轴孔的加工是缸体加工中极为重要的一个环节。介绍了线镗刀的基本结构、工作原理及工艺过程,对曲轴孔位置度的影响,以及三种线镗刀应用故障和解决方法。
As one of the core engine parts,engine cylinder block processing quality directly affects the performance of the engine.The crankshaft hole processing is the distinctly important one link in cylinder block machining.Line boring tool is introduced in this paper the basic structure,working principle and technological process,and its influence to the crankshaft hole position.and three line boring tool application failures and solutions.
