SO2电化学传感器温度特性及温度补偿研究 被引量:10

摘要 为削弱电化学传感器温度漂移对检测气体之干扰,研究了SO2电化学传感器的温度特性,提出了根据传感器所输出零点电流与反应电流的温度特性获取其最佳定标温度,并对基于曲线拟合的温度补偿算法做出扣除零点电流的改进,通过设计的基于TMS320F28335DSP的SO2电化学传感器检测系统做出了相应验证。实验结果表明,宽动态温度范围内,基于最佳定标温度27℃下的温度补偿结果平均误差为2.39%,比基于实验室常温20℃定标减小了24.84%,提高了检测精准度,同时也给其他电化学传感器温度特性研究提供了借鉴方案。 In order to weaken the interference of electrochemical sensor temperature drift for detecting gas,temperature characteristics of SO2 electrochemical sensor were studied.The idea of obtaining the optimal calibration temperature based on the temperature characteristic of sensor's zero current and reactive current was proposed,the improvement of temperature compensation algorithm based on curve fitting was achieved by deducting zero current.Verification was presented through the designed SO2 electrochemical sensor detection system based on TMS320F28335DSP.Experimental results show that in wide dynamic range of temperature,based on the temperature of the optimal selection of 27℃temperature compensation results average error is 2.39%,which reduces by 24.84%compared with that based on laboratory normal temperature 20℃,which improves the detection veracity,also provides a reference program for other electrochemical sensors.
