井下作业修井技术现状及新工艺的优化探究 被引量:2

摘要 石油作为国家重要的能源,其产量与社会经济的发展有着十分密切的联系。要保证产油的数量和质量,满足社会日益增长的石油需求,必须使油井的工作效率得到普遍提高。要做到这一点,必须不断加强油井的维修与保养,以最大限度地减少油井故障的发生。然而,在实际工作中,油井故障情况较多,井下作业修井已经成为制约产油的一个重要因素。如何更好地进行井下作业,保证油井的正常工作,这是需要不断思考和亟待解决的问题。本文从井下作业修井技术的现状入手,进而重点探究井下作业修井技术新工艺的优化。 Petroleum is an important national resource of energy,and the level of its productivity is closely related to the development of social economics.To ensure the quantity and quality of petroleum production and satisfy the increasing social demand on petroleum,a general improvement on the efficiency of oil well production must be realized.So,the maintenance and repairing must be constantly implemented to maximally decrease the well failures.However,most of the failures are petroleum well failures in practice and the downhole workover operation has become one of the most important factors that limit the petroleum production.The way to better implement downhole operation and ensure the normal production of oil wells is a problem that need to think and solve constantly.This paper starts with the status quo of workover technology in the downhole operation,and then focuses on the research of its new technology optimization.
