摘要 文章针对食品质量与安全专业,结合实践性应用型人才培养的需求,立足专业特点,分析并指出现有实践教学中存在的问题和不足,探讨实践教学改革的方法,提出相应的改革方案,为提升学生的实践能力和工作适应性提供保障. This paper countered food quality and safety specialized subject practical teaching problems.Combination with cultivation of practical and applied talent,on the basis of the discipline characteristics of food quality and safety,this paper analyzed and emphasized questions and disadvantages during practical teaching.Innovation and method of practical teaching were discussed in this paper,then innovation project was made.As a guarantee which could improve postgraduate practical ability and work adaptation.
