稳心颗粒对心律失常心脏神经官能症患者预后的改善作用分析

目的探讨稳心颗粒对心律失常心脏神经官能症患者改善预后的作用分析。方法 90例心律失常心脏神经官能症患者按治疗药物的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用西医规范化治疗,此基础上,观察组辅助稳心颗粒治疗,对比2组患者的药物疗效、心电图变化、症状改善情况、不良反应。结果经1～2个疗程治疗后,观察组临床有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后P波离散度、Q-T离散度、PR间期等心电图指标明显较对照组改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后房性期前收缩、室性期前收缩、窦性心动过速、非特异性ST-T改变等心律失常疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心悸、呼吸困难、自主神经功能紊乱、心前区痛等症状积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心悸、低血压、头晕、恶心等不良反应发生发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒对心律失常心脏神经官能症有显著治疗效果,能抑制交感神经兴奋,减少早搏发生,对抗心律失常,缓解症状效果确切,促进预后的改善,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the effects of Wenxin granules on the prognosis improvement of patients with arrhythmia and cardiac neurosis.Methods A total of 90 patients with arrhythmia and cardiac neurosis who were treated in oue hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were divided into two groups according to different therapeutic drugs.The patients in control group were treated by standardized western medicine.On this basis,the patients in observation group were treated by Wenxin granules.The efficacy of the drugs,ECG changes,improvement of symptoms,and adverse effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 1~2 treatment courses,the clinical effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Electrocardiographic indexes including P wave dispersion,Q-T dispersion,and PR interval were significantly improved in observation group after treatment,as compared with those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the therapeutic effects on arrhythmia including premature atrial contraction,premature ventricular contraction,sinus tachycardia,and nonspecific ST T in observation group superior to those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms including palpitation,dyspnea,autonomic dysfunction,and precordial pain in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the incidence rates of adverse reactions such as palpitation,hypotension,dizziness,and nausea in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenxin granules have significant therapeutic effects on arrhythmia and cardiac neurosis,which can inhibit sympathetic nerve activity,reduce premature beats,counteract arrhythmia,relieve symptoms,and promote prognosis.Thus,it has great clinical significance.
