摘要
以摆动从动件盘形凸轮机构为例,在MATLAB的基础上对摆动从动盘凸轮机构进行其轮廓曲线的解析法设计,利用MATLAB强大的数据处理、绘图功能对凸轮的运动规律进行运动学仿真,绘制摆动从动盘凸轮轮廓曲线及推杆的位移、速度和加速度,使其精确度更高,拟合更好。
Taking the oscillating follower and disk cam mechanism as examples,this paper analyzes the contour curve of oscillating follower and disk cam mechanism based on MATLAB.The powerful data processing and drawing functions of MATLAB are used to perform kinematic simulation on the motion law of the cam.The contour curve oscillating follower is drawn.The disc cam and the displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of the push rod are obtained,so that the accuracy is higher and the fitting is more accurate.
