摘要
随着中国经济进入新常态,中国经济的发展动力也开始发生变化,已经由要素驱动转为价值驱动,这对企业的财务管理提出了新要求。电信行业作为一种较为特殊的行业也应积极进行财务探索,实现财务转型与创新。从电信企业的财务管理现状入手,结合电信企业财务转型的背景,为电信企业的财务转型途径提出5项建议:优化资源配置,加强业财融合,实现智慧核算,应用大数据分析,提高财务人员技能。
As China's economy has entered the new normal,the development momentum of China's economy has also begun to change.It has been driven by factors into value-driven,which puts forward new requirements for the financial management of enterprises.As a relatively special industry,the telecommunications industry should also actively conduct financial explorations to achieve financial transformation and innovation.This article starts with the status quo of the financial management of telecom operators and combines the background of telecom operators'corporate financial transformation,and proposes five proposals for the financial transformation of telecom operators:optimize resource allocation,strengthen the integration of industry finances,realize smart accounting,and apply Data analysis to improve the financial staff skills.
