地下空间不动产单元划分与编码技术研究——以地下交通设施为例 被引量:5

摘要 随着国家不动产统一登记工作的不断推进,各大城市对地下空间的深度开发,如何划分地下空间不动产单元并编制唯一的单元代码已成为当前不动产登记部门迫切解决的问题。本研究以地下交通设施为例,在参考不动产单元设定与编码规则和分析地下建筑设计规范的基础上,提出地下交通不动产单元划分思路与编码模式,并选取合肥市典型案例给出划分和编码方法,为后续建立完整的地下空间不动产单元划分与编码规则奠定基础。 With the advancement of unified real estate registration work in China and the significant development of underground spaces in major cities,the division of underground real estate units and compilation of a unique code has become an urgent issue for the real estate registration department.This study takes underground transportation facilities as an example,suggesting an idea and a coding mode for underground space real estate units,based on a reference real estate unit setting,coding rules,and underground building design codes.The typical case of Hefei city is selected.The methods of division and coding is provided in this paper,which lays a foundation for the establishment of complete division and coding rules of real estate units in underground spaces.
