进口植物油储存期间罐内可燃气体浓度变化分析

通过研究油脂溶剂残留量和油温对罐内可燃气体浓度的影响,结果表明:在平衡状态下,罐内可燃气体浓度与溶剂残留量呈正相关,当油脂溶剂残留量升高到一定程度时,罐内可燃气体浓度基本相同。罐内可燃气体浓度与油温呈正相关,当油温下降到10℃以下时,可燃气体浓度低于15.0 mg/kg。储存期间需保持管道阀门等附属设备完好,呼吸阀状态正常,定期监测溶剂残留变化情况,保持油罐防雷装置有效性,防范风险。

The influence of residual solvent content in oil and oil temperature on the concentration of combustible gas was studied.The results show thatthe concentration of combustible gas is positively correlated with the solvent residue in the equilibrium state,andthe concentration of combustible gas is basically the same when the residual solvent content rises to a certain level.The concentration of combustible gas is positively correlated with thetemperature of oil,and when the oil temperature drops below 10℃,the flammable gas concentration is basically below 15.0 mg/kg.It is necessary to maintain the Pipe Valves and Accessories intact,keep the Respiratory valve is in good condition,monitor the change of solvent residue Periodically,Maintain the effectiveness of mine protection devices during the storage period.
