腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断妇科急腹症的临床应用分析

Analysis of Clinical Application of Abdominal Ultrasound Combined With Vaginal Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Gynecologic Acute Abdomen

目的分析腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断妇科急腹症的临床应用价值。方法选择2017年2月—2018年2月于我院就诊的妇科急腹症患者共120例作为研究对象,将全部患者的随机分为三组。其中腹部超声组40例,给予腹部超声诊断,阴道超声组40例,给予阴道超声诊断,联合组40例,采用腹部超声联用阴道超声的模式进行诊断。就三组患者的诊断准确率进行对比分析。结果本次研究中,联合组患者的诊断准确率均高于其余两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在诊断妇科急腹症时,运用经腹部和阴道超声诊断检查,能够明显增强诊断准确率。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Methods A total of 120 gynecologic acute abdomen patients who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects for study.The patients were randomly grouped,including 40 abdominal ultrasound patients,40 abdominal ultrasound patients,40 vaginal ultrasound patients,and 40 vaginal ultrasound patients.Vaginal ultrasound diagnosis,joint group 40 cases,The diagnostic accuracy of three groups of patients was compared by means of abdominal ultrasonography combined with vaginal ultrasonography.Results In this study,the diagnostic accuracy of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen,the use of transabdominal and vaginal ultrasound diagnostic tests can significantly enhance the diagnostic accuracy.
