摘要
核电工程项目一般投资大、周期长,在工程建设过程中,经常要受到多种因素的影响与干扰,而这些因素又大多具有相当的不确定性,工程建设风险很多。对工程建设风险的认识至关重要,针对风险需要制定相应的应对措施,但是无法完全避免出现对工程建设影响巨大的突发问题。本文对某在建项目突发问题的解决过程进行了分析,通过建立相应机制尽可能地将风险降至最低,为后续核电工程提供有益思考。
The nuclear power plant construction project generally has large investment and long construction period.The process of project construction is often influenced by many factors which are quite uncertain.It is very important to evaluate those risks and take corresponding countermeasures.But unexpected problems which have great influence cannot be avoided completely.In this paper,emergency response for unexpected problems is analyzed and project risks are minimized by the emergency response mechanism.It is hoped that would bring some useful thinking for the follow-up nuclear power plant project.
