中医药与脑缺血后海马神经干细胞增殖与分化

The roles of traditional Chinese medicine in the proliferation and differentiation of hippocampal neural stem cells after cerebral ischemia

单味中药、中医复方和针灸等中医疗法对神经干细胞的增殖、分化研究是当前的研究热点。本文对脑缺血后单味中药、中医复方和针灸中药促进海马神经干细胞增殖、分化作用研究进行综述,通过对notch和wnt信号通路调控脑缺血后海马神经干细胞增殖、分化机制研究进行总结,为中医药在脑缺血后海马神经干细胞增殖、分化及相关机制的研究提供科学理论依据和参考。

It has become a hot research topic to explore the roles of Chinese herbal medicine,simple or compound recipe,and acupuncture therapy in the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells.This article reviewed recent progress on utilizating Chinese medicine to promote hippocampal neural stem cells proliferation and differentiation.It also summarized current understanding on the regulation mechanism of hippocampal neural stem cell proliferation and differentiation through notch and W nt signal pathway after cerebral ischemia.Thus,it serves as a reference to study the applications of Chinese medicine in hippocampal neuron regeneration after cerebral ischemia.
