紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗卵巢癌的临床护理探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗卵巢癌的临床护理。方法选择使用紫杉醇联合顺铂进行治疗的卵巢癌患者60例作为研究对象,以随机的方式将其分为2组,对照组(n=30)给予常规护理措施,观察组(n=30)给予优质临床护理,对这两种护理服务的临床应用效果进行对比。结果观察组生活质量明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05))。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗卵巢癌,如果采取有效的临床护理可有效改善患者的生活质量,提高治疗效果。
