摘要
学习是个体的,是他人无法替代的;但学习又不是个体孤立进行的活动,它一定发生在社会关系框架之中。社会性学习是个体通过观察、模仿、争论、反思等多种方式,与社会关系中的其他成员进行互动、协作和对话的过程,并最终实现自我发展和自我超越。尽管通过沙龙、聚会、阅读、运动及社交媒体等社会性学习途径获取知识及技能,已经成为人们日常生活的一部分;但在急剧变化的时代,社会性学习的内涵与外延也在不断拓展,人们对这种学习所蕴含的机理与发生机制,都尚处在探索阶段。为此,从多个角度对社会性学习的核心理念、理论渊源、研究重点以及发展嬗变进行详细梳理,对全面理解社会性学习的本质及内涵将大有裨益。
Learning is individual and irreplaceable by others.But learning is not an individual activity,it must take place in the framework of social relations.Social learning is a process in which individuals interact,cooperate and talk with other members in social relations through observation,imitation,debate and reflection,and finally achieve self-development and self-transcendence.Although acquiring knowledge and skills through social learning such as salons,parties,reading,sports and social media have become a part of people’s daily life.But in the era of rapid change,social learning of connotation and denotation are expanding.People are still exploring the mechanism and mechanism involved in this kind of learning.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the core concept,theoretical origin,research focus and development evolution of social learning from multiple perspectives,which is of great benefit to comprehensively understand the nature and connotation of social learning.
