摘要
目的研究分析护理管理中绩效考核的应用和可行性。方法选取我院全部护理人员共计180名作为研究对象,2017年7—12月给予护理绩效考核管理作为管理后,2017年1—6月未给予护理绩效考核管理作为管理前,比较观察两组护理人员的护理质量和患者满意度。结果我院180名护理人员中,管理后护理职业素质测评、护士测评、患者满意度测评和医生测评均优于管理前护理工作人员的评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理管理中应用绩效考核的管理模式,可以提高护理人员工作质量和患者满意度。
Objective To study and analyze the application and feasibility of performance appraisal in nursing management.Methods The total of 180 nursing staff in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.From July to December 2017,the management of nursing performance appraisal was administered.The nursing performance appraisal management was not administered from January to June 2017,and the nursing quality and patients satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Among the 180 nurses in our hospital,after management,nursing professional quality assessment,nurse evaluation,patient satisfaction evaluation and doctor evaluation were superior to those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of performance appraisal management mode in nursing management can improve the quality of work and satisfaction of nurses.
