九开关变换器直接电流控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对九开关变换器的控制问题,提出一种九开关变换器的直接电流控制策略。阐明了九开关变换器两电容电压与各桥臂开关器件开关状态间的约束关系;采用开关函数法建立了九开关变换器在两相静止坐标系下的数学模型,并给出两相静止坐标系下九开关变换器的等效电路模型;通过该等效电路,建立九开关变换器两交流端的电流观测模型,为避免传统积分器的缺点,采用一种具有饱和反馈功能的改进积分器,最终实现九开关变换器的直接电流控制。此外,该方法仅采用了两个电压传感器,并通过仿真和实验手段,验证了该数学模型和控制方法的正确性和有效性。 In view of the control problem of the nine-switch converter,a direct current control strategy for the nine switch converter was proposed.The constraint relation between the voltages of two capacitances in nine-switch converter and the switch state of the bridge arm switch device was clarified.Mathematical model inαβcoordinate system was built for nine-switch converter based on switching function method,and equal circuit for nine-switch converter was also been built inαβcoordinate system.By the equal circuit of nine-switch converter,current observers were proposed for upper load and lower load of nine-switch converter,and improved integrator with saturated feedback was introduced to avoid the shortcomings of traditional integrators.Finally,the direct current control method,which only contains two voltage sensors,was built.In addition,the performance of the proposed direct current control method was verified by the simulation and experimental results.
