浅谈三相分离器使用中存在的问题及对策 被引量:2

摘要 现在,三相分离器已经广泛的应用于油田采油。三相分离器能够净化油与水中的杂质,大大降低其中的杂质的概率。主要解决了净化油的含水以及污水含油、含机杂、含铁的超标问题。上层的杂质大大减少,降低了后续工作的难度,减少了油田采油的流程,缩短了油田采油的周期,减轻了技术人员的负担,节约了油田的成本。同时,三相分离器的运行效果直接决定了油田采出水的质量,决定其是否符合国家标准,是否能够回注。深度水的净化在油田采油过程中一直是一个令技术人员头疼的流程,三相分离器的工作效率应当从本质上提高,减轻深度水的净化的负担。本篇就提高三相分离器的运行效果和运行效率,从环境温度、油田出油量和流动稳定程度、维护周期等方面进行深入分析,寻求提高三相分离器运行效果和运行效率的策略。 Nowadays,three-phase separators have been widely used in oil production in oil fields.The three-phase separator can purify impurities in oil and water and greatly reduce the impurities probability.The problem of water content of purifying oil,oil content of sewage,mixed machinery and iron content exceeding the standard was solved.The impurities in the upper layer are greatly reduced,which reduces the difficulty of follow-up work,reduces the oil production process of the oilfield,shortens the oil production cycle of the oilfield,reduces the burden of technical personnel and saves the cost of the oilfield.At the same time,the operation effect of the three-phase separator directly determines the quality of water produced in the oil field,determines whether it conforms to the national standards and can be injected back.Deep water purification has always been a troublesome process for technicians in oil production in oil field.The working efficiency of three-phase separators should be improved in essence to reduce the burden of deep water purification.In this paper,the operation effect and operating efficiency of the three-phase separator are improved,and the operation efficiency of the three-phase separator is further analyzed from the aspects of environmental temperature,oil output,flow stability and maintenance cycle,so as to seek strategies to improve the operation effect and operating efficiency of the three-phase separator.
