尿路感染诊断中尿液有形成分分析与尿培养的应用

Urine Visible Components Analysis and Urine Culture in Urinary Tract Infection

目的分析尿路感染诊断当中尿液有形成份分析与尿液培养情况。方法选择2017年3月—2018年5月在我院进行就诊的疑似尿路感染患者400例作为观察对象,对400例患者分别采用尿液有形成分和尿样标本细菌培养方法进行检测。并且以患者临床诊断的结果作为诊断标准,对尿液有形成分、尿培养诊断的价值进行分析。结果400例受检患者当中,尿液有形成分分析法检测出病原菌阳性的有120例,尿液细菌培养方法检测出病原菌阳性的有70例,两组之间数据差异比较有统计学意义(P <0.05)。详情如表1所示。两种检查方式检查检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。400例受检患者当中,实际病理证实阳性130例,可见两种检查方式的符合率之间数据差异比较有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论尿液有形成分检测操作简便、检测快速、重复性相对较高、准确度较高,针对早期尿路感染疾病筛查具有重要的临床诊断价值。

Objective To analyze the formation of urine and the culture of urine in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection.Methods A total of 400 patients with suspected urinary tract infections who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled.400 patients were tested for urine culture and urine samples.The results of the clinical diagnosis of the patient are used as diagnostic criteria to analyze the value of urine formation and urine culture diagnosis.Results Among the 400 patients,there were 120 cases with positive pathogens detected by urine formation analysis and 70 cases with positive pathogens detected by urine bacterial culture method.The data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Details are shown in Table 1.The detection rate of the two examination methods was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 400 patients,130 cases were confirmed by actual pathology,and the data of the two methods were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of urine formation is simple,rapid,reproducible and accurate.It has important clinical diagnostic value for early urinary tract infection screening.
